If two or more participants collect an equal number of points in the tournament table, the participant who first collected the given number of points will take a higher place.
The winnings of the tournament winners are transferred to their game account within 24 hours after the end of the tournament.
The money amounts indicated in the terms may be changed at the discretion of the Organizer.
As the tournament is international, in the in-game tournament table, each player will be given a unique identifier which is different from the player’s ID number.
Please be informed that the procedure for determining the winner, the prize fund's distribution, as well as the rules for solving technical and other problems are established at the discretion of the Organizer. In case of software and other technical issues, the data recorded on the Organizer's servers are taken into account. The fact of winning is determined based on this data, about which the winning participant receives an official notification from the Organizer․
In case of breach of TotoGaming's general terms, conditions and regulations, the Organizer is entitled to deprive of both the right to participate in the tournament and the winnings. The Organizer can impose other restrictions as well.

The Organizer has the right to change, temporarily terminate or cancel this tournament at any time.
The general terms and conditions established by the Organizer apply to this tournament to the extent that they do not contradict the terms of this tournament.
